30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused (unshot) and in their original packaging.

Damaged in Transit

Since our products are glass, we understand that shipping damage can occur despite our careful packaging. If your bottles arrive broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship replacements at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide a return shipping label (for unused products) or process a replacement (for damaged items). Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom AI-designed bottles (when available) are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Party bundles that have been opened and partially used are eligible for a prorated refund on unused bottles only.
